Leasing Office
Hello Property Management’s off site leasing office is open at 60 Frederick Street, Kitchener. This office is leasing all available properties at Tek Tower including the studios, 1 bedroom, 1 + den and 2 bedroom suites. Visit the leasing centre and receive a rental package that includes pricing and floorplan layouts. While there you can also book your model suite tour.
Tour Our Model Suites
You can also now arrange a tour of our 4 furnished model suites. Tours are by appointment only as the building is still an active construction site and appropriate protection equipment will be supplied to tour the model suites.
